In this episode, we sit down with the owner of Double Muscle Fitness in Sonoma County, CA. Jose Chavez is a personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder and proud father. Now as a competitive bodybuilder, what started as built-up interest in fitness and athletic competition, has become a passion.
