The bible speaks heavily about the power of the mind and thoughts. our minds and thoughts shape who we are and will become and that is why it is important to take these thoughts captive. How do you take your thoughts captive? Through fasting and prayer and by meditating on the word of God.
having boundaries should not only be a priority for believers but a necessity for all human beings. Today, we will be discussing on creating healthy structures, setting good boundaries and the importance of being disciplined as a believer.
Isaiah 43:18 " forget the former things; do not dwell on the past". God's mercies are new every morning, so what happened yesterday, last year or decade ago is completely gone. I encourage you today, its okay to let go, its okay to forgive yourself and others and remember that joy cometh in the morning.
