how do you all plan for a death anniversary? i didn't plan for dave's death anniversary to have such a strong impact on my own mental health. it was actually pretty scary for a few weeks. i was faced with so much self-doubt, negative and dark thoughts. listen as i open up about this experience and what i did to dig myself out of this negative space.
