In this lesson we discuss what discernment is, why it’s important, and how it can be applied. “Trust people for what they SHOW you and not what they say.” Vocabulary words: Spirit, Tangible.

Lesson covering the basics of the 7 main chakras. We discuss they’re purpose and importance. Providing basic facts, tips, and tools to utilize for balancing chakras. Vocabulary words: Mantra, Affirmation, Reiki, Energy, Higher Self.

In this lesson we discuss setting healthy boundaries and why they are so important. Vocabulary words: Narcissistic, consistency.

We discuss why it’s important and who it affects. Homework: Staring contest with yourself. Also write down a small list of things you want to hold yourself accountable for. Practice this week.

Class introduction and expectations- In this class you will learn everything about spirituality from Accountability to meditation to shadow work to Zen. If you are here then yes this class is for YOU! And anyone who has questions about their purpose and life in general and are lost on where to begin or just want more guidance and structure on their journey. You can choose the lessons that fit your journey and avoid all the extra stuff that doesn’t. Each lesson will touch on a new topic which will include its definition, purpose of the lesson, when and where it can be applied, who it effects, and how to utilize it. I will also include some tips, homework, vocabulary words (you research), and books to read which will be noted in the episode description boxes if applicable.
