Regardless of what transition you're facing some people will be with you, some might be with you, and some will never be with you. Let's talk about how to know who's who in your transition. We'll also talk about who you can share your dream with and who you can't. It really does matter!

Laughter should be taken seriously!! In this weeks episode Tyson records 10 minutes of an impromptu conversation with his long time friends Richard & Michael. This conversation is mellow compared to typical conversations but it will still make you laugh. Laughter is important to solid mental, intellectual, and physical health. We finish our series on successfully navigating transition with Jonah's single answer to all four questions posed to him. When asked the four questions Jonah said, "I am Hebrew..." That answered all the other questions. In this episode we look at how YOU can answer all four questions with one answer, "I am . . ." We'll walk through how Walt Disney made a successful transition in his own life and career. He met the 3 requirements for a transition. Then he answered all four questions of the transition to make himself into the Walt Disney we know. The transition wasn't easy for him but it made all the difference. This week Tyson interviews Tom Fitzsimons. Tom found himself without a father in Northern Ireland at the age of 13. Running to Yorkshire, England he found another group of hard working and hard drinking Irishmen. This led to his alcoholism, ruined his first marriage, impacted his parenting and more. Until one day his partner put her foot down and said she too was going to walk out on him if he didn't stop drinking. Something had to be done but what? Out of frustration he ran a half-a-mile in 30 minutes and found something he hadn't found before, happiness. It all eventually led to running from San Francisco to New York.  Now Tom is a motivational speaker and works with those caught in addiction.
