DISCLAIMER - This is not our usual positive uplifting podcast series. I struggled with whether I should post this because it may be viewed by some as negative and some may not be in a mental state to hear this. But, I also think there are people out there that need to hear this, that need to hear they are not alone in what they are feeling. This is real! What we are experiencing right is not going to disappear, it is not a short term situation so the feelings associated with what we are dealing with need to be expressed. That is why I am posting this series. If only one person feels a sense of relief after listening to this then being vulnerable will have served a purpose.
