This episode we will be discussing "Don't Look Up", a new star-studded flick which chronicles the reactions of America when a deadly comment is plummeting towards earth. Tommy and Emily had rather different opinions on the quality of this movie as per usual, but this time it seems Emily was almost able to sway him… What do you think? Tommy expresses his disdain for Jennifer Lawrence, surprise surprise; whilst Emily gushes over two of her favourite actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill.

In this episode we discuss the 2020 film Greenland, starring Gerard Butler and Morena Baccarin, which follows a family trying to survive a planet eviscerating comet. As per usual we put ourselves in the world of the film and ponder how we'd handle an extinction level comet colliding with earth. Today Emily and Tommy appropriately discuss the 1993 classic "Groundhog Day" and the rift it created between Bill Murray and his longtime friend/the film's director Harold Ramis due to clashing visions of what the film should be. We also discuss the film's lasting impact on pop culture and what we would do if caught in a time loop.

Happy holidays everyone! Today we are discussing Ron Howard's 2000 film “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” starring Jim Carrey and Taylor Momsen. Tommy explains his issues with this rendition of a classic Christmas tale, whilst maintaining appreciation for its practical effects and set design, and later Emily recalls a cringe-worthy moment when she received a present she did not care for. We also discuss the difference in family movies now and then and notice some very intriguing/inappropriate moments not suitable for children in the film.

Celebrities. Sometimes, we love to hate them. This is (almost) one of those times. In today’s episode Tommy and Emily discuss the celebrities we don’t care for. Do we hate them? No. Do we care about them in any way?
