gradually realizing that I may or may not be the drama. in this week's episode,I dissect the roots of feeling undeserving of peace and contentment. ranging from fear of complacency or honestly just not being used to it. to be featured on next week's episode follow @qadra__ on instagram.
in this week's episode we are doing the ultimate purge. from discussing the importance of investing our time and understanding its value. To tackling insecurities and refusing to take accountability for other people's actions. not gonna lie I get a little too vulnerable on here about previous romantic encounters and goals in regards to my career. to be a part of next week's episode follow the instagram @qadra__.
in this week's episode heavily inspired by Morgan Lyzni (check out her podcast "Well Damn"), we will be talking about major changes and how we cope with that. the main focus however, is one of Morgan's idioms of having a sticky sweet spot between the older and newer version of yourself and why although it being such a bittersweet feeling is truly a moment to savour the agency and pride that comes with it.
this week's episode is inspired by a topic covered by the @lexie podcast, we're dissecting what being annoying really means. relating it back to a healthy selfishness, having agency over outcomes by making "no's" into "yes's". we also go in depth about how I've been practicing being more assertive and how I feel the need to overcompensate that by being overly apologetic. I really hope that by the end of this episode you'll join me on the journey of being more annoying.
in this week's episode we're answering the question why can't women explore and feel confident in their beauty without being seen to do it with the intention of wanting romantic/sexual attraction?.
