Mochi is one of the first stories in the story collection book titled "Rudraveene" from author Bharatheepriya. This is a short story about a chance interaction between a backward caste cobbler named "Raacha" and a middle class well-to-do man - and the subsequent events after that. In the book "Janaki with Love" author Jogi examines this story with another similar story plot from P Lankesh called "Giliyu Panjaradallilla". Do check out that audio after listening to this story.
