歡迎加入社群帳號一起同行Facebook專頁—https://reurl.cc/4yGY2LInstagram—https://www.instagram.com/travel_and_practiceMail-lifeontehroad9@gmail.com或是直接留言給我們：https://open.firstory.me/story/ckmyfx3mr5jt80874l3z8ysy8?m=comment 走遍千山萬水，暢遊五湖四海，其實一開始都是一個念頭， 這個podcast節目旅行與修行的概念， 來自於9世紀時，日本空海大師環繞四國四縣、88座寺廟的「四國遍路修行之路」， 據說這是空海大師為了要堅定信仰，讓修行的僧侶以步行的方式，來體會佛佗開悟的境界。 行程總長約1,200公里。 四國遍路至今仍然有人模仿著大師腳步，用自己的雙腳一步一腳印走完全程。 但是其實我們從小就非常熟悉的「西遊記」， 歷史上的玄奘大師，早在日本空海大師之前，就起身了他的旅行與修行， 他的「西天取經」之路，從長安啟程往西方前進， 經過河西走廊進入新疆，然後進入中亞， 再往南走，中間經過阿富汗、巴基斯坦， 總共用了十九年的時間，五萬里的旅程，經過一百多個國家，最終達到印度。 這段用上了前半生的時間，同時也九死一生的旅行， 不僅為唐代及後世子孫帶回來佛教經典，也是最強的外交之旅。 或者每年的媽祖繞境，也能說是我們在台灣的一種旅行與修行。 另一位旅行與修行達人，就是詩仙李白， 他自25歲離開四川開始，不管做官的仕途是不是順利， 都不減他到處旅行的心境，足跡遍布大半個中國， 根據文獻記錄，行蹤遍及206個州縣、80多座名山。 在沒有拍照打卡的古代，李白如天外飛來一筆的詩作， 像是：「雲山海上出，人物鏡中來」、 或是「飛流直下三千尺，疑是銀河落九天」， 都是他在旅行途中，觸景生情有所感動寫出來的大作。 還有一首《游泰山六首之一》： 登高望蓬流，想象金銀台。天門一長嘯，萬里清風來。 玉女四五人，飄颻下九垓。含笑引素手，遺我流霞杯。 稽首再拜之，自愧非仙才。曠然小宇宙，棄世何悠哉。 這是他的到此一遊的強勢打卡，讓我們直到今日拜讀的時候，除了讚嘆還是讚嘆。 這樣的旅行與修行閱歷，在歷史上還能拿出來說的， 大概也只有為了搜集歷史資料的司馬遷；為了考察地理的酈道元； 有國家任務的鄭和；還有為了編修藥草經典的李時珍。 雖然這幾位是因為工作任務、人生志向，而遠離家門長途跋涉旅行， 但是我們現代不也是很多人，為了詩和遠方也遠走他鄉。 不管是朝聖還是散心，甚至是工作差旅， 每一次出發的旅行，都是人生路上的一段風光，更是一場人生的歷練和修行。 在旅途中讓我們有機會重新審視內心世界， 與自己來一場深入靈魂的對話，去發現對自己來說真正值得的人事物。 這就是「我的旅行與修行」podcast節目想跟大家分享的， 我們不講什麼觀光旅遊網紅打卡景點，連美食介紹的資訊都有可能很薄弱， 我們只想在走過大江南北，看過人生百態之後，跟你說說留下來在心裡的淬鍊。 「我的旅行與修行」，期待你的同行。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
