今回は、灼熱の中カフェのテラスから配信しています。
英語でネイティブの方と話すときって緊張しますよね。
ただうまく話せなくたって、簡単な英単語を並べるだけで、ほぼ伝わります。
相手に伝わりさえすれば、それでまずはOK！
そう思えると、英語に対するハードルはグッと下がる気がしました。
僕も駐在しているくせに、同じような表現しかできないことに悩んでいましたが
ま、伝わっているんならいいか、と彼と話していて思えました。
アメリカでは、レストランなどで食事をすると、支払い合計金額の15% - 18%ほどのチップをお支払いすることが通例です。
ずっと、そのチップを支払う文化に対して疑問を持っていたので、今回は友人のセリーナ先生をお呼びし、その謎に迫りました！

初めまして！！！シンとアンドリューです！！！アメリカはテキサスからお送りしております。
日本語学習中のAndrewの話を聞くと、改めて日本語ってややこしいなと感じます。
コーヒー豆を使わず、植物の茎や種などを焙煎してコーヒーに似た味を作り出す「Atomo molecular Coffee」が
「未来のコーヒー」としてアメリカで注目を集めています。
また、彼らのイノベーティブなコーヒー製造技術により、通常のコーヒーと比較して
94%の水を節約し、93%のCO2排出をカットできるため、地球にも優しいコーヒーなのだとか。
現在購入方法が見当たらないのですが、アメリカにいる間に必ず飲んでみたいと思います

日本語を学んでいる友人から聞かれた、激ムズな質問
友人「なんで1分は、1"ぷん"と発音するのに２分の場合、半濁点が消えて2”ふん"と発音するの？なんか、規則性とかあるん？」
私「おおお、ほんまやな！無意識に使い分けてたわ。規則性なんてないやろたぶん、丸暗記や！（パワーゲーム）」

(材料)
1.オートミール 適量（お腹の空き具合に合わせて調整ください）
2.ココナッツミルク 適量（オートミールが浸るくらいがおすすめ）
3.メイプルシロップ 数量（私は、数滴しか滴らしません。）
