Nik hit headlines around the world during lockdown when his hobby of recreating his favourite airline meals for him and his husband went viral and was featured on CNN, BBC, the Kelly Clarkson Show and many more. Nik's YouTube channel has over 6000 subscribers and he even has his own range of merchandise celebrating his love of air travel. Nik lives in Glasgow with his husband Graham and whilst we may be out of lockdown for now, Nik is still happily creating his favourite airline meals!
