Driven by her personal experience of recovering from anorexia, Hannah founded Rediscover to provide a necessary resource to the communities in her region. In this episode, she shares her story and we chat about early warning signs of disordered eating, strategies for building a healthier relationship with eating, and how getting OFFLINE can impact your relationship with food for the better.
