Right now with the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a lot of stress and uncertainty. You may have even had to deal with heavy feelings. Or you still are. Know that you are not alone. My guest, Rachel Dash-Dougherty, is a licensed clinical social worker, yoga instructor and life coach that is going to help us identify the feelings we are having and how to manage these feelings as well.
