Have you ever heard of Puto Biñan? This is a rice flour pancake with cheese or butter on top that was invented by one of the city's barangays. This city in Laguna province is also home to a number of skilled shoemakers and slipper manufacturers, as well as well-known "sombrero" or hat makers!
