Not just in the morning but in everything you do repeatedly. Work, eating, working out, connecting with your loved ones all these things will benefit if they have a routine built around them.

So start with how you start your day. Wake up at a consistent time, don’t hit the snooze button, make your bed everyday, and give your self a few minute off the phone to let you mind focus. This could be yoga, going for a jog, meditation, prayer, reading something that motivates you, etc. A few moments to collect yourself will pay back big time as the day goes on.
