if we don't figure out how to get rid of this "puppet" Trump which is completely compromised by Putin, and the goons in his cyber attack trolls in the Russian military computer system. it's so obvious that they have something on him (golden shower)they have repudiated him, which is great...many voters have come out to vote, which is also great. but he is a crazy criminal, and he needs to be taken down

Ugh. The way you use the word "we" is annoying like when someone talks about their favorite sports team as if they were involved with the decision making process. Also, tying yourselves to the Democrat party is a terrible idea. The only thing worse than a Democrat is a Republican. Politics is filled with shitmonsters. I don't know where I was going with this comment, I'm just mad because things are so fucking shitty that I've had to start paying attention to this bullshit and going out and voting. I fucking hate it, politicians are scum. God damnit, I'm not well. Fucking politics.

Nathan Miller I understand how you can feel hopeless but there is a big difference between dems and gop. dems are not perfect but they have humanity and empathy. the gop use lies and fear to label the dems as crazy monsters and we start to think they are but simply look at what each party stands for. dems want to help people, gop want to help big business and the rich. It's clear who we need to support now and keep fixing the dem party to make it better

I'm a Democrat in Missouri, and I just want to point out that our state opposed Right to Work and supported a minimum wage increase, medical marijuana, and Clean Missouri by large margins. People aren't opposed to liberal policies, just the candidates who champion them. I'm not even sure they see the connection. It's frustrating!

Sherrod brown one in Ohio but Richard cordray lost because of their opponent lineup, I think. Richard cordray was running against a well-established Statewide Republican, and Sherrod Brown was running against a congressional representative who doesn't have much name recognition outside of his own District.

You guys are gushing over the fact that persons of color won election seats as if thats all that matters, in other words these newly elected officials can be the most incompetent, corrupt, divisive leaders, but hey, as long as their people of color, they get a pass. Wonderful! And you wonder why Trump won in 2016? You people never learn.
