Description

Brett Kavanaugh is credibly accused of sexual assault by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, throwing his nomination into question, and Paul Manafort agrees to fully cooperate with Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Then former Secretary of State John Kerry talks to Jon and Tommy about negotiating the Iran Deal, what Democrats should do if they take the Senate, and the lessons he learned from his 2004 presidential campaign.

as a man who's been flasely accused I think it's wrong to take theses accusations at face value. seems a little dishonest to call the woman's statement as credible yet discount kavanaughs denials as anything but.

I hear what you guys are saying about rape survivors. I disagree with how woman is being treated to an extent. We have a court of law and officers of that law to investigate these claims. Unfortunately, like most crimes the chances of getting an conviction are early. The guilty has the right to face the alleged victim and offer their side of the story. It could be Brett doesn't remember because he was drunk or in self denial. Also, there are other reasons not to appoint him besides this witness. I think some Republicans do have a point that it appears like a stalling tactic. I also think if Brett wants to still have a shot he'll deny, deny, deny and deflect. I think instances of alledgedsexual assault are taken as face value. I don't think there's anything wrong with asking "do you have any proof?" But could be wrong...
