下酒菜07：烤糊的美食

大家新年快乐呀！
虽然 2023 年烤糊的更新频率很低（但并不是历史最低，只能说是和2019年并列），但依旧有很多听众朋友不离不弃，实在是感人至深。在新年的第一天里更新也许是个好兆头，祝大家在 2024 年里能和我们一样拥有良好心态，不求有所突破，但求细水长流！
虽然更新不多，但这一年里烤糊实现了历史性突破，一年见了两回面，而且两次都实现了面对面录音，可喜可贺！最近糊来东京和烤一起过圣诞和跨年，本期的录制，就发生在如单集封面图所示的一顿过于丰盛的自助晚餐之后。
因吃得太饱无法入睡的夜晚是唯一适合用来谈吃的夜晚。我们从钟爱的日剧《昨日的美食》聊到这一年各自买菜做饭的心得，最后还口述了菜谱，十分轻松散漫，主打一个为消化而说话，顺带与大家分享一些生活乐趣，望大家在 2024 年里都有条件认真对待自己的口腹。
p.s. 节目里我们说「我们只更新过 38 期」，其实是小宇宙只显示了 38 期，不算这集之前一共有 40 个单集，有两集请大家移步其他泛用型播客客户端收听。
