不知道各位是否覺得自己很會做菜?是否對切菜拿菜刀很可很有恐懼?是否覺得食材油鍋時噴起來的油很可怕?這對 從幼稚園時就開始幫忙切菜,國小二、三已經會煎荷包蛋,小學五、六年級就可以煎牛排的我來說「煮菜」這件事我相當有自信。也從小跟著爸媽外國朋友出去玩都是吃西式料理的關係,對中式料理的印象就是味道重、非常油、肉都很肥,不喜太歡。直到我遇到這道中式料理,對「煮菜」和「中式料理」的的看法都有所改變。
