半罐醬油
1罐酒品(啤酒、清酒、米酒,不加也可
蔥薑蒜依照喜好,可多,辛香料更清爽
甜度(糖、蘋果泥、鳳梨泥,方便為主
以上依照人數使用加倍,
烤前浸漬後的肉質,邊烤邊浸,
肉嫩,多汁,不死鹹。
