2025 年 5 月 31 日端午佳节，也就是5 月 30 日“国际马铃薯日”的转天，烤糊和城市罐头的主播 Yao 以及日知录的主播柯紫两位老朋友，在上海群岛 BOOKS 西岸梦中心店以“土豆是世界的最大公约数”为引子，从多个角度和聊了聊土豆这一足迹广布、名号繁多的食材。本期节目就是此次线下对谈的录音。

当天的活动除了我们四个的对谈，还发放了一些限量贴纸，并进行了土豆零食的试吃活动和三台周边售卖。感谢当天到场的各位听友，还有人不远万里从北京南京等地赶来、带了土豆制品和零食花束与我们分享，谢谢大家与我们积极互动，共同“品尝”和“挖掘”这种伟大而朴素的植物、作物、货物、食物。
