台湾前行政院副院长、前总统蔡英文的昔日爱将郑文灿因七年前的一宗土地案涉及贪污，在7月6日被检调侦讯与声押禁见。

郑文灿被准许以500万新台币交保，但被限制住居、限制出境与出海，保释金在星期一再提高到1200万新台币。台湾总统赖清德第一时间作出强硬表态：“不分党派，不问何人，只要涉及非法，检调都应该查办，勿枉勿纵。打诈、扫黑、肃贪，是目前政府重要的工作，目的是要维护国家的生存发展、社会的安定，以及回应人民深刻的期待，不得不然。”

郑文灿则维护自身清白，强调自己从政以来，公而忘私，不贪不取。 郑文灿被调查，是赖清德上台后惩治官场贪腐的第一刀还是对前总统蔡英文派系开出的第一枪？这是肃贪，还是民进党内斗的开始？
