🎙️Thankful That My Name Is Written in Heaven | Luke 10:20; 1 Thess 5:18
Update: 2025-10-12
Description
Imagine a great banquet hall in heaven. At the door stands an angel with the Lamb’s Book of Life, turning each page, searching for your name. And when he finds it — written in the blood of Jesus — he smiles and says, “Welcome home.”
That, Church, is the pinnacle of our thankfulness! Because of Jesus, our names are secure — no one can blot them out.
This Thanksgiving Sunday, Pastor Andrew reminds us from 2 Corinthians 2:14 –17 that true gratitude flows from knowing we belong to Christ, led in His triumphal procession and carrying the fragrance of His grace into our world.
We are not to go “fragrance-free.” Every believer is a diffuser of grace, releasing the sweet aroma of Jesus in our homes, workplaces, schools, and communities. Our lives are meant to spread the scent of heaven — pointing others to the hope and salvation found in Him.
