We explain new theories about the election results posed by financial services security expert Stephen Spoonamore - - but again, the only way to determine if the results were tabulated accurately is with a public hand-count of ballots. In Pennsylvania's extremely close US Senate race, a legal battle is underway over whether otherwise legal ballots should be tossed out if mail-in votes had an incorrect date on the outside envelope.
