Teresa and Kat discuss Felicity S2, Episode 19, “Running Mates,” in which Felicity deals with a high-octane student council election, Elena learns why Tracy’s been so strange about intimacy beyond making out, and Ruby decides whether or not to tell her baby’s father about her pregnancy…with strong opinions coming her way from the peanut gallery. And by “the peanut gallery,” we mean Julie.
