Description

(RUNNER-UP) A dyed falling droplet coalescing with an undyed sessile droplet of equal fluid properties, with pinch-off preceding permanent coalescence and internal jet formation. Video shows 25ms, played 500x slower than real time. Frame is approximately 6mm wide. Colour balance (LUT) adjusted to improve contrast.
