We so often praise the "Strong Black Woman". She has it all together. She gets it all done and looks flawless doing it. But most times, it’s a facade. We have worn the cape of the Strong Black Woman to the point that we seemingly have adopted the belief that we don't need help. So we instinctively say 'no' to offers of help. But what if we reconsidered what it means for us to say 'yes' to things that actually benefit us?
