Tonga Head Coach Kristian Woolf says he's not concerned about having a short amount of time to get his side together ahead of the Pacific Championships beginning next month.

"We'll get them together a week out and prepare them the best we can and have a red hot crack", Woolf said.

"You really don't know what your team's going to be until the grand final."
