Love it and so does my 3 year old!
Till the Cows Come Home is a cute story with the repetitive phrasing that sticks in the memory of even the youngest listeners. It's a charming tale about a boy who dawdles at everything. My three year old daughter loves the book and often brings it to me to "read it again, Mommy." She's heard it enough that if I pause at the right time, she will say for me "till the cows come home."
I definitely recommend this book for young children and beginning readers. I can't wait to see what Mrs. Drewett writes next!

"Til the Cows Come Home," by Judy Perry Drewett is an adorable children's book for young children. The little boy, Thomas, has a wonderful imagination and sees cows all around him. The book has repetition in it which is great for beginning readers. The illustrations will capture the kid's attention and leave them wanting to turn the page to find out more. The pictures are so cute and full of bright colors which fill the entire scene. This sweet book also comes with a free audio download code that can be found on the last page. The children will enjoy hearing the moo of the cow in this audio! The audio can be downloaded to Ipods, cell phones, computers, & more. A Fun Book For Young Children
'Til the Cows Come Home by Judy Perry Drewett is a great story that sparks imagination. I can see my grandchildren enjoying the saying, 'Til the cows come home. Repetitive phrases are helpful with beginning readers and the thought of cows really coming into the home will create a lot of fun for them. The illustrations are well done. This is bound to be a book enjoyed at my house many times over.

Great imagination
Having an imagination is a great thing, but for young Thomas, it kicks into overdrive when he hears the statement "Til the Cows Come Home." In this book by Judy Perry Drewett, young Thomas starts seeing cows everywhere when he hears that phrase. What if he was still in bed until the cows came home? Would there be cows in his room and all over this bed?
This book is a great use of imagination and an example of how some of the phrases that we use don't always sound like we intend them.
