Description
First, the plaintiff hired and paid the defendant to design her a new kitchen, but she was never available and didn’t do a thing, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says she spent months working on the project, and when she asked for additional money, the plaintiff flipped out on her.

The defendant won’t return her security, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff up and moved out of nowhere.
