He gives some tactical and very specific strategies to make it to closing with great effectiveness. He goes in-depth about the buyer's "cold feet" phenomenon & how to help them understand the process better. Jay also busts out his best Harry Potter impression with an 'expelliarmus' spell in regards to the unilateral right to cancel in the contracts.
