Dave Allred had a 17-year career with one of the nation’s largest security companies, Vivint Smart Home. He served 8 years as a regional vice president of sales, followed by 3 years with Vivint’s sister company, Vivint Solar where he led hundreds of sales reps. Dave contributed to Vivint ultimately going public at a multi-billion-dollar valuation. Dave has over 15 years of real estate investing experience and is the co-founder and managing partner of Axia Partners, a real estate investment firm based in Salt Lake City. He built his personal investment portfolio of more than 1,000 residential units before age 40. In addition to his business endeavors, Dave has created his unique Lifestyle by Design which helps individuals create a life of freedom and purpose.
