That’s a big ask and will require lots of energy to achieve. 

Mindset shifts are totally possible but DUDE, they are taxing!  But the great news is that with even small changes to screen habits, you can start to see really noticeable changes in your energy. And if you have big dreams for big change or achievements in 2026, then Energy. Is. Everything.
