The Parkour Pentagon is a specialization system that represents aspects of parkour that Pascal believes should be taught. It's a tool to help students figure out their own style, preferences, and where they want to aim their training at. Pascal Lecurieux is the head coach of The Spot in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
