Katie was diagnosed with the condition at a very early age and has fought through the challenges of type 1 diabetes to the point where she's now aspiring to be a full time professional. Katie's currently playing for Watford FC Women as a Goalkeeper and has also taken on the TDFC Womens project alongside Brighty and a group of highly motivated women who believe in bringing the TDFC ethos to a wider audience!
