Victoria Montero is the Executive Director at the Hispanic Center Lehigh Valley. She also works at St. Luke’s University Health Network as the Manager of Health Equity Initiatives and has been employed by the network for the past 15 years. Victoria is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the career mentoring programs, where she ensures that at-risk youth are given the tools and opportunities to succeed in the healthcare field. Victoria is interested in issues related to health equity, immigrant health, and education for vulnerable populations.
