Description
McKay is a business leader, author, professor and podcast host. He is currently the CEO of a major non-profit organization, Thanksgiving Point, which serves children and youth in his local community. Christensen’s career began at Procter & Gamble after graduating with an MBA and a Masters in Accounting from BYU. He has held various other leadership positions in business including Director of Strategic Planning for Holiday Worldwide, President and Chief Strategy Officer for Melaleuca, Inc., and Managing Director of Advancement at BYU. McKay earned a Ph.D. in Adult and Organization Learning and teaches business strategy at the BYU’s Marriott School of Business. He co-authored the book Open Your Eyes and also hosts a weekly podcast by the same name, which focuses on helping people discover steps to lasting change on their path to personal and business growth.
