In this first conversation in the Black Men in Education series, I speak with Leslie Abrokwaa,  about his transformational journey from prison to the prestigious Cambridge University.  

Leslie speaks openly about his experiences and the importance of living a life of purpose to serve others. He strongly believes in people development. Supporting young people to shift their mindsets from limited to limitless is now his purpose.

With his 10 years of experience working with young people, Leslie has now birthed Passion 4 Purpose, an organisation that brings carefully crafted services, programmes and workshops for young people. Leslie uses his passion and first hand experiences to develop mindsets ensuring they make informed decisions around the trajectory of their lives.

Leslie's story - like many of the other men we will hear from in this series - teaches us the importance of perspective.
