It shouldn’t be. It’s as integral as the product or systems you’re building themselves! We discuss with Gerry some of the considerations to be made as we navigate the legal mine field. He also shares an important ruling made by the US Supreme Court (Alice Corporation vs CLS Bank International) on what is patent eligible in this computer information age.
