The wellness industry is BIG business— tricking many of us into romanticizing Self-care. Self-care isn’t just beauty products and soft life goals so I invited Yemina, a wellness educator who describes self-care as a right and responsibility to yourself and then your community. She describes how coming out of the pandemic forced her to destroy her prior outlook on self-care and start from scratch.
We also touch on practical self-care tips for anger management and communicating your values and boundaries.
