Today we have a special message from guest, Emily Kehrli whom I hosted in a women's health community. The message here was too good not to reshare, (with Emily's blessing of course!) I am so grateful for Emily's honesty and expertise in the matter of taking care of our bodies.

  •  The importance of massage (it's more than pampering.) It is self-care for the muscles and mind and not only for us ladies! Welcome in this type of "help" for your body's sake.
