My decision to start focusing on my wellness was the catalyst for SO many changes in my life I never dreamed would happen. I started thinking I just wanted to only fit into my old jeans (and another reason why I’m *not* so proud of).


In this episode you’ll hear:



  • How my flimsy original motivation wasn’t enough to keep me consistent


  • How I created a vision of what post-weight loss life would be like


  • What I did to stay consistent with diet and exercise


  • The valuable lessons I’ve learned since (*Spoiler Alert* it was wayyy more than just how to eat veggies and lift weights!)
