037: What she did to heal her relationship, including SIX HOURS of meditation a day
My guest today is getting honest about what happens when relationships hit rock bottom.
She talks about the crossroads she and her husband were at: either they fixed their relationship, or they separated. And they knew they didn’t want to separate.
So instead, they decided to do the work. And not just couples therapy, but they spent *6* hours a day in meditation to uncover hidden pain and to TRULY work on their issues. I know, I bet when you read the “spent 6 hours a day in meditation” you were probably like, “how the heck does that even work?!?”. I had that same question, and Petra goes all into what that looked like for her.
