In "Know Your Numbers," Adam will review systems for tracking your financial information, your sales processes, and learn how to use KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to better manage your business. Numbers tell a story about the past, inform the present, and sometimes they can even see into the future. This session is about organizing those numbers into something simple and meaningful, so that you can make better decisions about growing your business.

Adam McClellan’s business experience comes from his parkour journey, as well as his professional journey outside of parkour. In addition to being a Director at Parkour Generations Americas, assistant director of Art of Retreat, and the owner of Parkour Generations Lehigh Valley, Adam also works in the child care business and oversees 5 locations within the Lehigh Valley area. These locations collectively run in excess of 7 million dollars a year in revenue, with 130+ employees involved. Between this experience and running martial arts and parkour businesses, Adam has learned important lessons about the use of numbers to manage operations and become more successful.
