In "How to Find, Hire, Train, Retain, and Fire Coaches and Staff," Justin will focus on your coaching team, from finding your coaches all the way to how to let a coach go. He will focus on 5 key points: Finding coaches, hiring practices for bringing new coaches on board, training your new coaches to begin teaching classes, retaining your coaches for the long term, and in the events where necessary, how to terminate coaches. These five primary areas of interest will be broken into two sections - business legal and culture.

Justin Taylor is the owner of Firestorm Freerunning and Acrobatics, a parkour/acrobatics gym with three locations. He is part owner of Movement United in Michigan with the super awesome Jeremiah Bishop! Since starting the Firestorm gyms he has created the West Coast Parkour Championships, the largest series of parkour competitions on the West Coast. Justin co-founded Firestorm Talent & Entertainment with his amazing wife Angel Griffin, one of the best Cirque talent agencies in Los Angeles. Last year Justin started Parkour Professor, a consulting and mentoring program to partner with new or prospective gym owners to help them reach their goals of gym ownership and creating a successful and sustainable business model while retaining the culture that keeps Parkour awesome!
