So I judged myself hard, why not? Easier to judge self than to have other judge me.

Yet, I also assumed others judged me. Then again, sometimes they did; however, I didn't understand a couple things I've come to learn and appreciate about judgement.

1. Judgment is about your decision making process. Judgment is a critical thinking skill

2. When others judge you, it is a reflection of their own insecurities.
