It seems that those of use that struggle with our mental health are drawn to standup. 

I'm committed to sharing all part of my journey to greatness, and that includes the times when the clouds are heavy and my worth is questioned; mostly by me. 

In this episode I share a late night conversation I had with myself after feeling isolated, alone and not funny. I'm hoping that by sharing this at least one other person will not feel as crazy as they think they are.
