I catch myself reaching for my phone without even thinking! First thing in the morning, when I’m stressed, or to fill the quiet. But the more I scroll, the emptier I feel. Today, I’m sharing why our phones can never give us the peace we’re chasing and how Scripture calls us to slow down and be still before God. I mean, even Jesus stepped away from the noise to be with the Father. If He needed it, then we definitely do!
