Welcome back to the Within You Podcast! Today is going to be (sadly but also excitingly) one of the last episodes before we take a summer break from the podcast. I wanted to end with one last episode of being raw and vulnerable about some things I have been going through, while sharing some mindset shifts and tips I am personally trying to implement during this time. Let's dive into 3 realities that inevitably come with growth! I want to emphasize that as much as there are really amazing things that come with growth there are also hardships as well. Doing the inner work is not meant to be easy and comfortable. It's important to normalize and talk about the challenges that are extremely difficult.
